Brian focuses on advising individuals in the areas of estate planning, business planning, probate, and trust and estate administration. Brian’s desire to help people drives him to assist individuals and families with their estate planning needs, and his corporate background serves him well when advising clients with unique business matters. Each of these areas of practice can involve substantial tax considerations.
Prior to starting his own law practice, Brian worked briefly as an associate in international taxation at a "Big Four" accounting firm, and as an associate attorney for a Wyoming boutique law firm at its Cheyenne, Jackson, and Park City locations. Brian earned is juris doctor degree from Southern Methodist University School of Law in Dallas, Texas, and his tax law degree (LL.M.) from the Graduate Tax Program at New York University School of Law in New York City, New York.
